MargieBessMarcus February 11, 1927 - April 12, 2012 MargieBessMarcus, 85, of Woodway passed away at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 12, 2012, at St. Catherine Center of Waco. Her husband, Morris, and daughters, Debbie Lunn and Jan Norman, were with Margie at her death. Services will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 16, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel with Mr. Richard Williams officiating. Burial will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas, at 3:00 p.m., Monday, April 16. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Sunday, April 15, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room. Margie was born February 11, 1927, in the Thornton area in Limestone County, Texas, to Knolie and Emma Roach. She graduated from Groesbeck High School in 1945 and was an active member of the Crestview Church of Christ in Waco. She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Margie was preceded in death by parents; brother, Billy Joe Roach; and sisters, Gloria Hawkins and Mary Tietjen. She is survived by her husband, Morris Marcus; daughters, Debbie Lunn and husband, Jerry, and Jan Norman and husband, Nick; brothers, Kenneth Roach, David Roach and wife, Janie, and Terry Don Roach and wife, Angela; granddaughter, Alexandria (Allie) Norman; grandson, Jeremy Lunn and wife, Erica; and nieces, nephews and cousins. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Lunn, Jeremy Lunn, Nick Norman, and nephews, Dan Hawkins, David Bryan Roach, Mark Tietjen and Randy Roach. The family appreciates the care and attention of the 3rd Floor St. Catherine Center staff and Providence Hospice. Memorials may be made to Sunny Glen Children's Home, P.O.
